1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the S. Shri Guru Stone website and the purchase of our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Quotes & Orders
All quotations provided by S. Shri Guru Stone are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or purchase order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted Ex-Works (EXW) Sikandra, Rajasthan unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are typically 50% advance and 50% before dispatch, unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in the invoice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) are agreed at order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. S. Shri Guru Stone is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, port congestion, or force majeure events. Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
5. Inspection & Claims
Buyer must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any claims for damage, shortage, or defect must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims received after 7 days may not be accepted.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of order confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after production has begun are subject to a cancellation fee covering materials and labour already incurred. Custom-made products (including temples and custom carvings) cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced.
7. Warranty
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. Natural variations in stone colour, texture, and veining are inherent characteristics of natural stone and do not constitute defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or environmental factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S. Shri Guru Stone's liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits or project delays.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of S. Shri Guru Stone and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the sale of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
